As a Portfolio Associate, Emma leverages her background in data analysis and school design to support grantees who are scaling impact and innovation.
Prior to joining One8, Emma spent three years at Education Resource Strategies. As a consultant, she partnered with large urban school districts to design and implement district-wide strategies for more equitable student experiences and outcomes.
Emma graduated from Brown University with a degree in Economics. She loves New England because she can rotate her hobbies with the seasons: from backcountry skiing to sailing, to road biking and running. You can catch her coaching sailing on the weekends throughout New England!
