Kyle Feldman joined the One8 Foundation in May 2026. She brings nearly a decade of experience across HR operations, recruitment, talent management and development, and employee relations, with a strong focus on culture and building people systems that support a positive employee experience. Her background includes HR roles in fast paced environments including The RMR Group, SQZ Biotech, and Cove Hill Partners.
Kyle holds a BA in Management, magna cum laude, from Simmons University and an MA in Communication Studies from Suffolk University. She also completed the HR Management Certificate program at Cornell University and holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with her family - especially her husband, son, and two dogs.
