Our Team

Austin is a Portfolio Associate on One8’s Education team where he works on due diligence, strategic planning, and grantmaking. He has collaborated across the portfolio’s issue areas and has built expertise in the workforce development space. Austin’s work with One8 has solidified his passion for impact-driven work.

Prior to joining One8, Austin was a Strategy Consultant for the Kraft Analytics Group, a technology and services company focused on data management, advanced analytics, and strategic consulting in the sports and entertainment industry, where he led client deliverables and helped build the firm’s consulting practice.

Austin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yale University. Along with education, he is passionate about environmental protection and climate action. Austin enjoys everything and anything outdoors and wants to spend his time doing good things with good people.
