Our Team

Lexi joined One8 in the fall of 2023 as its Grants & Financial Manager. In collaboration with the Director of Operations & Administration, Lexi ensures efficient grant administration, manages the foundation’s operating budget, and oversees its data management systems. She has spent fifteen years in mission-driven organizations in the fields of higher education, K12 education, and Jewish community life. Prior to this role, Lexi served as Chief Operating Officer for an education nonprofit that supports immigrant-origin students. She graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from Colgate University and earned her Master of Theological Studies degree at Harvard Divinity School. While in divinity school, Lexi completed the Program in Religion and Secondary Education where she taught 7th grade and received her initial Massachusetts Educator Licensure.

Lexi is an avid baker, a lover of animals (especially her two fluffy cats), and a frequent hiker in New Hampshire’s White Mountains. When she’s not in the woods or the kitchen, she can be found thumbing through antique stores or working her way through an embarrassing and ever-growing stack of outdated issues of The New Yorker.
